Metro Home Delivery Manager

Color Web Printers has an opportunity for a Metro Home Delivery Manager. This position is responsible for daily operations of the Lindale and Westside Distribution Center teams, scheduling and meeting team goals. Supervises and provides leadership and coaching to distribution center team. Manages and facilitates carrier relations, customer service, circulation growth and efficient operation of the distribution center. Other responsibilities include:

• Embodies proactive customer satisfaction processes.

• Maintains top quality customer service. Performs and directs staff toward core customer service duties such as service checks, carrier and customer contact and updating customer database.

• Regularly monitor, update and optimize delivery and operational efficiencies.

• Direct and oversee distribution processes and procedures.

• Develops, manages and ensures core operational tasks/programs are completed regularly and in a timely manner.

• Overall responsibility for recruitment and orientation programs for new carriers and carrier retention programs.

This position requires an Associates degree in related field with 4-6 years supervisory experience; or in the absence of an Associates degree 8-12 years related experience. Ability to push and pull 700 pound rolling postal equipment occasionally throughout the day and to lift up to 50 lbs. (bundles).
